HOW TO BOOK

To book, first download the booking form and print it out.

Decide which walks you would like to do and the fringe events in the evenings and then fill in the form indicating the number of people for each walk, and their names, using a separate sheet if necessary.

The walks become full quite quickly and for health and safety reasons we are limited to 15 places on each walk.

To make sure there are still spaces on your chosen walks contact Gill Lucas by email or call 01588 638854 (before 7pm please)

Don’t forget to book your accommodation.

Other things you need to know:

The area can offer a challenge to walkers so please bring strong footwear, warm clothing and waterproofs. This hilly area is famous for sheep and cattle farming, preventing us from allowing dogs on the walks.

Packed lunches are required on all walks and may be available  from your accommodation provider, or you can buy them from the local grocers or the sandwich bar in Bishop’s Castle.

We use school buses to take you out to the start of your walk or bring you back.

Travel Insurance - Guests are strongly recommended to make their own travel insurance arrangements for their time with the Bishop’s Castle Walking Festival. Refunds of monies on cancellations will only be paid if more than four weeks notice is given..
